Terms of Service
Last updated 2026. These terms apply to every EduManage account.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an EduManage account or signing in with credentials issued by your school, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where relevant, the school that invited you. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts and roles
Each account belongs to one person and carries a role: admin, teacher, student, parent or accountant. Your role decides what you can see and change. Keep your password private, never share sign-in details, and tell your school administrator immediately if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Acceptable use
Use EduManage only for legitimate school administration. Do not attempt to access records outside your role, upload harmful files, disrupt the service, scrape data in bulk, or use the platform to harass anyone. Repeated failed sign-in attempts are rate limited to protect accounts.
4. School data
Student, attendance, fee and result records entered into EduManage remain the property of the school. Administrators are responsible for the accuracy of the records they enter and for granting or removing staff access when people join or leave.
5. Fees and receipts
Fee invoices, payment statuses and downloadable receipts generated in EduManage are records of what school staff entered. They are not a substitute for your school's official accounting confirmation. Report any discrepancy to the school accounts office.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep EduManage available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Features may be added, changed or removed. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the app.
7. Ending access
Your school can suspend or delete your access at any time, for example when you change schools or leave a role. You may ask your administrator to close your account. Records that the school must legally retain may remain in the school's own data.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms should go to your school administrator, who can escalate them to the EduManage operator.
